What you"ll do:
The SAP Discrete Industries Global Field Practice team is looking for a Senior Business Process Consultant with in-depth end-to-end process knowledge and related SAP solutions like S/4HANA Product Life Cycle Management to join our diverse and global team of highly performing professionals. You will need to be able to work individually and as part of a team to define the best use of the overall applications and processes specific to the SAP PLM solutions for our domestic and international customers. In addition, with your experience in Discrete Industries (Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, High Tech, or Industrial Manufacturing ) you will support presales activities, develop and advise on end-to-end solution design, help/guide our colleagues/partners to implement the system and be the point of contact to answer questions with regard to architecture and deployment options.
As a Senior Business Process Consultant you will have an excellent understanding of the overall SAP PLM solutions and how they should be implemented in conjunction with other solution components of the S/4HANA Suite or SAP Cloud products.
You have a good understanding of the integration between different technology platforms and their related architecture.
The Senior business process consultant facilitates the design, implementation, deployment with the aim to enhance the client's business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
In addition, you will partner with the client and possible partners to analyse and define business requirements, technology, processes, and objectives to scope project deliverables for the same but having the overall architecture in mind.
You will work alongside the account teams in the software evaluation process, to develop SAP-centric solution scenarios and needed architecture, prepare implementation plans and define outcomes that lead to overall customer success.
What you'll bring:
Proven professional experience working as a senior consultant. 10+ years of overall experience with significant experience in SAP Product Lifecycle Management and knowledge of related business processes Deep Knowledge and hands on experience in Teamcenter PLM or PTC Windchill PLM or Enovia 3DX PLM is a must. Has gained expert knowledge ideally covering projects with full implementation life cycles Knowledge on Integrating PLM solutions to Discrete or Repetitive Manufacturing, Digital Manufacturing with execution is an added advantage Excellent communication skills with technical and business focus. Passionate about technology, innovation, and how digital platforms can solve business challenges. Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Academic background in Mechanical engineering, or equivalent.
