Production Engineering Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Power User in SAP ECC, S4 and WM/ Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to join our team. You will be part of our manufacturing ISIT-team close to the manufacturing site. It will be a lot of cooperation with ABB Campus ISIT as well as ABB corporate ISIT.You will work with SAP and preferably S4 or EWM and an understanding of warehouse op-erations, preferably connected to the manufacturing industry. As part of the Campus pro-ject, we are building a new logistics center and an automated warehouse and are introduc-ing EWM for optimizing our warehouse processes, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting our logistics team. We are today working in the SAP ECC module and have specialists of EWM in the team, which means that if you do not have S4 or EWM knowledge, you will learn in the implementation process. You will have the ability to learn the systems, thrive in a dy-namic project environment and later in training the organization in the new processes and system as a Power User. For the right person this is a magnificent time to come in to the team and develop booth ABB Robotics and yourself. The three key responsibilities will be: Power user in EWMProject member in EWM implementation for the new factoryMasterData for Warehouse processesABB invests SEK 3.1 billion to expand its production capacity in Europe and build a new state-of-the-art European ABB Robotics Campus in Västerås. As part of our \"local for local\" production strategy, the campus will serve as a hub for ABB Robotics' offering in Europe, providing customers with AI-equipped collaborative and industrial robots as well as digital solutions to enable flexible automation. The new campus, which is planned to be inaugu-rated at the end of 2026, will replace the existing Robotics facilities in Västerås, Sweden.
Qualifications for the role3-5 years’ experience of SAP WM or EWM modules and related processes or similar. Experi-ence with other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management) and PP (Production Planning) is a merit. Understanding of warehouse duties such as control cycles, inventory management, etc. is important for us. Experience from industrial manufacturing is a merit. Proficiency in both Swedish and English. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to Work on-site in Västerås, Sweden is necessary.
