Your Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as an SAP Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling Specialist (all genders). You will represent the Wiesbaden plant in the F2Pl Stream of the ERP Project RISE for PP/DS topics. The goal is to ensure continuous operational production planning in SAP. It is essential that you are a team player with strong collaboration skills and a detailed understanding of local production planning and scheduling. This position is limited until approximately end of 2026, with regular travel to Asia and/or the USA.

Your responsibilities include implementing new processes in PP/DS. As a change agent, you will orchestrate the local implementation of the new planning process in cooperation with the Local Head of Supply Chain Planning. This involves identifying and analyzing new requirements and engaging in hands-on problem-solving. You will support workshops, testing, data validation, and other change request activities. Additionally, you will connect the Wiesbaden local business with Process Excellence and be responsible for end-user training and first-level support.

 

 Who You Are:  

 

Successfully completed an industrial apprenticeship or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management and related areasRelevant work experience in Integrated Supply Chain, with strong knowledge of SAP PP/DSProject management experienceProficient in IT tools such as SAP QUATTRO, SAP APO, and MS OfficeGood understanding of the SAP F2Pl and Pl2PP processesStrong communication skills to interface with inter-divisional stakeholders in English and German, both written and verbalExcellent organizational skillsHigh resilience and cultural open-mindedness
