**DESCRIPTION**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions, including integrations with external systems and innovative solutions leveraging tools like Jules.
+ Oversee the lifecycle of technical specifications, translating business requirements into detailed solution designs for infrastructure, applications, and processes.
+ Manage large-scale SAP implementations and follow-the-sun global support engagements, adhering to the ITIL framework.
+ Analyze potential solutions, evaluate the fit of commercial off-the-shelf products, and ensure adherence to standards for reusability and cost efficiency.
+ Design infrastructure, applications, and workflows that meet security, performance, scalability, and maintainability requirements.
+ Coordinate with IT service providers to ensure outsourced deliverables meet quality, cost, and performance specifications.
+ Identify and resolve critical non-routine technical issues, providing Level 3 support as needed.
+ Proactively propose and implement process improvements and operational excellence strategies in SAP environments.
+ Manage data governance, data quality, and data analytics processes within the S/4 HANA platform.
+ Ensure project and operational performance meets financial and lead-time targets, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
+ Develop and coach team members, both internal and external, to achieve business outcomes and individual career goals.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Experience:**
+ Over 10 years of experience with SAP systems, including 5+ years as a Techno-Functional Lead.
+ Demonstrated expertise in leading large-scale SAP implementations and global support models.
+ Strong functional understanding of SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, PS, EWM, Service) with deep expertise in at least two modules.
+ Experience in data governance, quality management, and analytics within S/4 HANA environments.
+ Proficiency in managing project finances and operational performance metrics.
**Skills:**
+ Strong knowledge of SAP ERP HANA platform and end-to-end SAP offerings.
+ Ability to manage cross-functional teams and business stakeholders independently.
+ Proven track record of driving data-driven decisions and aligning IT solutions with business objectives.
+ Proficiency in ITIL framework for support engagements.
+ Strong understanding of integration processes within an ERP landscape.
+ Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
+ SAP Certification is mandatory.
**Education, Licenses, and Certifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field is required.
+ This role may require licensing to ensure compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
