Key Accountabilities



The SAP Process Lead will provide escalation support for SAP system and process questions and complete and review reporting and system upgrades and maintenance and provide and support for other team members. In this role, you will maximize SAP effectiveness and support the plant on all SAP related questions, processes, reporting and maintenance.

Compensation: $24.00/hr.

Key Accountabilities:

Provide support and serve as an escalation point for system and process questions and provide guidance and support for other team membersComplete and review facility metrics reports from SAP and other systemsPartner with the production team to ensure production schedule is created, entered and updated in a timely mannerOversee and prioritize open issues and close user gaps through the coordination and creation of refresher training, job aids, communications, policies, etcDevelop and complete user testing, data validations and other activities related to system updates and maintenanceUnderstand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Participate throughout the life-cycle of transformation/implementation projectsVerify accuracy of plant production, not limited to monitor production inventory, process inventory, cycle counts adjustments, monitor & correct error reports, monitoring & correcting variance reports, monitoring accurate completion of process ordersHave general knowledge in other functions, such as Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and FSQRAbility to be on-call for off-hour trouble shootingUse operational Health Metrics to monitor, not limited to process order monitoring, inventory, receiving & shipping, recipes and BOM accuracyAssist other Functions with TCA movement: traceability exercises, risk position reporting, and STO (stock transfer order) MovementsTraining new End UsersAddress consistent underperformers with plant management to maintain accurate data in TCAValidate purchase order receiptsIdentify, record and advance Continuous Improvement opportunities, such as PPDS production scheduling, shrink reporting, OTIF inventory variances, CONC, Junk movementSAP implementation questions and develop/update training materials and manage knowledge libraryOther duties as assigned

Minimum QualificationsEligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Be 18 years or older Ability to be on-call for off-hour troubleshooting during weekends and evenings   Proficiency in Microsoft skills
