At IBM, you will use the latest software development tools, techniques and approaches and work with leading minds in the industry to build solutions you can be proud of. **Your role and responsibilities** SAP Production Services Team (SAP ISV Team) performs the ciritcal task of validating the SAP Products on the IBM Platform. The team collaborates closely with the SAP Germany for its activities. Only after the validation of this team is the SAP Product released to the customer for IBM Platform. We rely on a very high Quality of our work. You will be responsible for * Validation of the SAP Suite of products * Involved in all the release cycles of SAP HANA Database tasks * Validating all the SL Toolset (SWPM,SUM, RENAME) * Ensure infrastructure activities are integrated * Close collaboration with the SAP Leads * You will work with all the latest SAP Products before their go to market. * You would have extensive exposure to all the SAP's latest tools for carrying out the SAP Installations, SAP Upgrades and other lifecycle related tasks. * You would also perform HANA Database related tasks working with the latest versions of the HANA DB. * You would have complete exposure to the SAP service market **Required technical and professional expertise** * 5+ years of relevant IT experience. * 3 years of relevant experience performing some of the database related tasks with any database (Oracle, DB6, MaxDB, HANA DB) * 3 years of experience with working with Unix (Any flavour of Unix, Linux) * Proven communication skills * Working knowledge of the SAP ABAP Stack & SAP Java Stack * Understanding of SAP Products Suite * Performing SPAM/SAINT updates and SP updates using SPAM * Application of SPs using the SUM Tool * Working with the SWPM tool for performing a new system install, System Rename * Experience in DB Refresh tasks * Application of SAP Notes * Setting up of TMS * Working with Solution Manager for Generating the SP Stack * Client Copy and Client administration Tasks * Language Installation * Administration of the SAP system **Preferred technical and professional experience** SAP Certfication in Netweaver or SAP S/4 HANA
