Job DescriptionRole would be foreseen within support and guidance in the S4/HANA template build design team.Support and Guidance on Mexican country specifics and legal requirements - like eDocumentation, CFDi 4.0, MaquiladoraAlignment with the roll-out counterparts from the Mexican plant will be necessarySpecifically the support in the template build design to fully understand and design the process requirements while meeting country specific and legal requirementsBusiness representatives for the above main processes as part of the global S/4HANA template rollout with Mexico Localization ImplementationProactive preparation, implementation and follow-up of specialist workshops in a lead function, in particular fit/gap analyzes as part of the rolloutIdentification of required local GAPs in cooperation with the customer team and ITDerivation of the target process design based on SAP S/4HANA for identified and approved gapsAccompanying the realization and testing from a business point of viewStatus reporting and reporting to project management

Qualifications10+ years of experience in SAP ECC, S4 HANA Implementation/Rollout experienceSAP S4HANA experience on functional configuration with the SAP Sales, Financial Accounting & Controlling modulesExperience full end to end implementation in SAP roll-out/implementation projectsKnowledge of chart of Accounts, General Ledger/Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable/ Bank transactions/Direct & Indirect Taxes/Fixed Assets, Mexico Localization (CFDi, eAccounting, ePayments), WHT certificatesWorked on DRC solution for e-invoicing solution for Mexico on both AP and AR side (in S4)Exposure to country specific requirements/ New GL will be preferred.Knowledge of CO- Cost center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting and Internal order accounting.Strong Knowledge on Project MethodologiesExposure to Cutover strategy, Testing and Migration are mandatoryStrong in managing activities related to Projects and IT activitiesGood in manage aspects of Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery and executive teamDevelop and oversee detailed project plansIdentify, analyze and recommend project situations to managementEstablish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reportsIdentity project risks and develop risk mitigation plansProvide project leadership, work direction and feedbackMotivate team to work outside of direct authority to ensure project milestones and deliverablesCapable of resolving escalations arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments
