**Introduction** In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. **Your role and responsibilities** As a Project Manager you will lead a project team in supporting solutions according to project charter or contract for SAP Innovation engagements. A successful Project Manager is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems. You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. You can take advantage of opportunities to master new skills, work across different disciplines, move into new challenges and develop a robust understanding of different industries. Your primary responsibilities include: * Leads a project team in supporting solutions according to project charter or contract for SAP Hana engagements. Has overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables in the production environment. * Manages project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements, including IBM and client employees and 3rd party vendors. Requires experience with PM methodologies. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Extensive Project Management experience: must have at least 8 years experience in SAP Project Management * Must have experience on Project Management methodologies, as well as an understanding of SAP HANA. * Strong experience managing IT project implementation and exposure to manage service * Amenable to work on a client-based schedule (dayshift, mid-shift, night-shift) and in any IBM locations in Quezon City (Eastwood and/or UP Ayala Technohub) **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Exposure to different IT capabilities such as SAP and non SAP * At least 5 full-cycle implementation and roll-out projects is preferred. * Project Management certification is a plus
