We are on the search for the skilled SAP Project Manager fluent in both German and English, who will will play a vital role in driving the success of SAP initiatives while utilizing your language skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders. Tasks:

Understanding customer's business requirements and creating respective project plan to achieve successPlanning, managing, and controlling project team, ensuring successful delivery of key outcomes which includes developing work plans, gathering data, leading analytical efforts, and developing recommendationsEnsuring the scope deliveryFollowing Bosch procedures and guidelines for Project ExcellenceMonitoring progress against the plan and initiating necessary corrective actionResolving issues and solving problems throughout the project life cycleEnsuring timely completion of project deliverables and buy-in of stakeholdersProviding presentations on status which includes milestone achievement, financials, resources; progress on deliverables, risksLeading and motivating project team members on a proactive basisBeing the key interface between the customer and the development team

Qualifications

Professional qualifications: 

5+ years in project management, managing IT projects of varying sizesExperience in SAP project managementFlexibility in implementation of project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, and WaterfallProficiency in English and German language (speaking and writing)Ability to work in multi-cultural environmentWillingness to travel to customer location in Germany (approx. 10-15%)Knowledge of industry best practices for project management, change management and business case development, with the ability to apply best practicesCritical thinking skills, including the capacity to identify and appropriately assess and order competing interests and prioritiesStrong interpersonal and relation building skillFlexibility and openness to learn new thingsOrganizational skills and demonstrated capacity to develop and implement practical strategies, plans, and solutions to identified issues and problems
