SAP S/ 4HANA Implementation Specialist
Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA ERP Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation, customization, and integration of the SAP S/4HANA system. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in transforming business processes, ensuring a seamless transition from legacy systems, and driving value from our ERP investment. Key Responsibilities: + Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA ERP, including planning, execution, and post-go-live support. + Conduct business process analysis and design to align SAP solutions with organizational goals. + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements. + Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA modules to meet specific business needs. + Manage data migration, including data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading. + Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. + Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective system usage. + Identify and resolve system issues, providing expert troubleshooting and optimization. + Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. + Stay current on SAP S/4HANA updates, best practices, and industry trends. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. + Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, with expertise in [specify modules, e.g., Finance (FI), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Sales and Distribution (SD), etc.]. + Strong understanding of business processes in + Proficiency in SAP tools, including Solution Manager and ABAP (preferred). + Experience with data migration tools and techniques. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. + SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus. Preferred Skills: + Knowledge of SAP Fiori and user experience enhancements. + Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions and integrations. + Project management experience with methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
