SAP S4 HANA PPDS Consultant (Supply Chain & Manufacturing)

**CTG is seeking to fill a SAP S4 HANA PPDS Consultant opening for our client in Grand Rapids, MI.**
**Location:** Remote **(mandatory** **travel required 1–2 times per month to Grand Rapids, MI)**
**Duration:** Ongoing contract
**Duties:**
+ Analyze, configure, and support S/4HANA PPDS functionality in a Make-to-Order and Variant Configuration environment for Discrete Manufacturing.
+ Manage system enhancements, custom heuristics, and testing phases including unit, integration, and deployment.
+ Map and manage PPDS Master Data migration from ECC to S/4HANA.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PPDS with EWM, Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay processes.
+ Implement and support Supply Creation-Based Confirmation (SBC) and integration with SAP IBP.
+ Ensure adherence to S/4HANA Best Practices for Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling.
+ Document configurations and processes to support training and knowledge transfer.
**Skills:**
+ Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA PPDS Best Practices
+ Strong experience with configuration and integration in a Discrete Manufacturing environment
+ Proficient in customizing and troubleshooting heuristics and planning logic
+ Knowledge of supply chain planning tools including SBC and IBP
+ Strong communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills
**Experience:**
+ 10+ years of experience in SAP S4 HANA, Production Planning, and related integrations
+ Hands-on expertise with PPDS in a Make-to-Order/Variant Config environment
+ Strong knowledge of ECC to S4 master data mapping
+ Experience with SBC and IBP applications
+ SAP Certified in Supply Chain Management
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field
+ SAP Certified in Supply Chain Management required

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $179,000 to $209,000 annually. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
