We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Test Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our software applications by developing and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business and user requirements.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to clarify requirements and align testing with project goals.Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.Test Planning and Preparation:Analyze business and technical requirements to create comprehensive test plans and test cases.Identify test data requirements and prepare test environments.Test Execution:Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Document and track test results, ensuring accurate reporting of progress and issues.Defect Management:Identify, document, and track defects in a defect management tool (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or HP ALM).Collaborate with developers and business analysts to resolve defects effectively.Key Skills and Experience:Proven experience in software testing, preferably in Agile or Waterfall environments.Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or HP ALM).Familiarity with defect tracking systems and processes.3 must havesSAP SD/MM 4/5Testing experience 4/5JIRA experience 3/5
