Your Role
In the role of a Senior Project Manager, you will anchor the engagement effort for solution design, development, and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to design reviews. You will guide the team and work closely with offshore team acting as a communication medium between the client and offshore. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape

Required Experience in managing transformation or rollout projects in SAP, preferably S/4 HANA programsHands-on experience in at least one SAP functional module in the past, preferably SAP-SD or SAP-MM, which enables informed review of project progressExperience working under pressure and balance many activities at the same time, the person is going to need to be both flexible and resilient Great organizational skills, attention to details, structured thinking, being able to consolidate large amounts of information are needed skills Strong cross-cultural communications, influence, leadership, conflict management and negotiation skills and tools know how Experience in influencing and working with complex stakeholder groups to partner in achieving client strategy Experience to exert influence to create positive cultural change. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to handle multiple, competing priorities Proven track record of being able to deliver and work effectively in a matrix and agile organization across geographies and divisions Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and multicultural environment working across borders Experience in Coaching and providing training to the project team on tools, techniques, and systems used to control and execute projects Experience in driving delivery commitment from all project resources and actively manage the resolution of any conflicts within the project team
Preferred Prefer to have Key Competencies which includes: PMP or Prince certified, Agile Project Management , IT Service Management, Stakeholder engagement and good Problem Solving skills
