• Delivery to one of major banking clients worldwide
• Working independently and providing support to less senior colleagues
• Day to day coordination of delivery from process & quality control perspective
• Support in achieving internal and external KPIs and targets
• Single point of contact for client´s internal and external teams
• Change request reviews/approvals ITIL principles, management of service request and incidents
• Advanced knowledge of client´s environment, procedures and specifics
• Task and requests distribution to team members
• Solving problems and operational issues
• Daily support to SAP Basis and SAP Authorizations team
• Assistance with CAB meeting preparation and presentation
• Multicultural and multinational distributed environment
• Continuous experience and responsibility growth
• On/Off Boarding support
• Advanced experience with Service Desk operations
• At least minimal experience in coordinating Service Desk teams
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and JIRA ITSM tools
• Familiarity with basic ITIL processes, such as Change, Incident, Problem, and Service Request Management
• Enthusiasm for working in support desk activities
• Ability to set priorities and work under pressure as part of a team
• A positive "can-do" and "will-do" attitude
• Diligence in handling administrative tasks
• Ability to clearly articulate recommended solutions for various service situations
• Strong ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities
• Ability to independently develop your skills over the long term
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• A university degree (Bachelor’s and above) is a plus
