What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Learning Compliance Officer (limited part-time)
Location: Prague, Czech Republic
Expected start date: December 2024/ January 2025
In this role, you’ll:
Learn about the Compliance Management System within a Global Company
Support with record management efforts regarding training statistics
Assist in the design and establishment of new and updated courses that translates into learning how courses are developed and managed
Coordinate monthly metrics and prepare management dashboard reports
Assist with projects, research and managing data
Opportunity to influence new courses
Development of knowledge of SAP's Learning Management Systems
Use own initiative to improve processes and drive efficiency in the team
What you bring:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful
innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
Must be a current University student
Fluent in English and an additional language preferred but not essential
Quick learner, adaptable and able to use own initiative
Organization & time management skills are essential with the capacity to multi-task
Team player, proactive and responsible approach to customer support
Quality driven with excellent attention to detail
Strong written and oral communications skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint
Interest in advanced technology solutions, such as PowerBI or Artificial Intelligence
Meet your team:
The Office of Ethics and Compliance is responsible for developing and operating SAP's Compliance Management System, including support for the SAP Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related policies and procedures. We focus on managing risks related to the FCPA, UK Bribery Act and other applicable bribery and corruption laws and fraud, among other matters.
