SAP Signavio Thesis Student (f/m/d) - Business Process Intelligence

What you will do:

 

Work on a Bachelor or Master Thesis about a topic around the broader theme of Business Process Intelligence. The topic will be selected according to the research interests of your academic supervisor and in alignment with the long-term product vision of SAP Signavio. Contribute to long-term product innovation in the realm of Business Process Intelligence, one of the most exciting topics in the current B2B software market. Work with a great degree of independence but have regular exchange with experts from a range of different disciplines, such as researchers, product managers, data scientists, and software engineers.

 

What you bring:

 

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. You are a student of Computer Science or a similar subject. You are fluent in English (written and spoken). Ideally, you are interested in working with SAP in the long run. You have the following required skills: Good knowledge of at least one programing languages Some knowledge of Python Basic knowledge of version control software  Basic knowledge of test-driven development Basic knowledge of business process management Basic knowledge of logic, knowledge representation, and reasoning Strong communication and collaboration skills Good scientific writing skills Ideally, you have the following desired skills: Advanced Python programming skills Ability to create JavaScript-based user interfaces Broad business process management knowledge, and the creative ability to apply computer science and software engineering skills to solve business process management problems

You will work in the broader Product Management-Team of SAP Signavio that defines the long-term vision and roadmap of one of SAP’s fastest growing product lines.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
