SAP Solution Lead (Bid Architect) - SAP Adoption Services Center (ASC)-Port
SAP ASC Solution Leads works closely with various Customer Services & Delivery (CS&D) Regional and Market Unit (MU) Solutioning centers on qualified opportunities. They are responsible for assembling the complete SAP solution based on customer requirements to support SAP services sales engagements.
ASC Solution lead will drive the Solution Architecting of customer requirements on SAP solutions with a team of subject matter experts. The deliverable on each opportunity will include full-service documentation (estimates, scope documents, proposal responses, customer presentations).
They will also be responsible to drive the review process through stakeholders internally within ASC organization as per the established opportunity management process.
The Role:
As a Solution Lead in ASC Solution center, you will:
Work closely with respective regional or MU solution center during solutioning phase and ensure the deliverables are aligned with MU & customer requirements Making the optimum use of ASC portfolio of services and solution with right delivery mix across locations Liaising with subject matter experts from different ASC Hubs and local MU consulting teams, Responsible for Solutioning assigned services opportunities, with high quality, within agreed SLA’s/timelines & meeting the expectations of the respective market unit and the end customer Participate in customer workshops to understand customer needs & scope as required Ensure compliance of solutioning process and secure required approvals as per opportunity management process and defined delegation of authority. Build mutual trust, collaborating closely within the team to share knowledge & to leverage complimentary skills Strive to continuously improve the bid quality, resulting in less iterations and higher win rate Able to build and leverage effective and efficient network across teams
Role requirements
14-16 years of hands-on SAP Technology or Functional consulting or presales experience 4 – 5 years of SAP product / solution skills with certification in the relevant area(s) i.e. S/4HANA, SuccessFactors or platform or integration technologies Solution Architecting skills in relevant SAP domain areas and experience in driving customer workshop Knowledge about latest SAP delivery methodologies like Advance deployment, adoption framework and services portfolios Overall SAP application/module architecture knowledge desirable to comprehend customer needs & solution appropriately Excellent verbal, written communication skills, presentation skills Ability to work effectively with international and virtual teams Capacity to continuously acquire new knowledge in an independent, proactive way Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
About the team
As part of Customer Services & Delivery (CS&D), Adoption Services Center (ASC)organization is responsible to build and deliver the content and knowledge that our customers and the ecosystem need to transform while moving to the Cloud in close alignment with the Regions and Market Units.
The Engagement team within the ASC is responsible to establish greater accountability towards Market Units (MU), the team will orchestrate across Solution Area Hubs to support Deal Execution, Solutioning & Delivery for CS&D Market Units.
