Job Description

Technical Mandatory Skills:

Strong experience on Process Management & Project Management configuration in Solman 7.2Understanding of initial / mandatory configuration of Solution Manager 7.2Strong working experience on configuration of Test Management, Defect Management, Template Management, Best practice content configurationBusiness process operations configuration with BPMON, System Monitoring, Application Monitoring, Interface Monitoring, Job Monitoring & Message Monitoring.Strong expertise of Solution conceptAt least three End to End implementation of Solution ManagerService Desk & ChaRM, Requirement ManagementChaRM -Standard Configurations and Customizations - additional Approvals, actions & ConditionsShould experience on third party tool integrations with ChaRMNon-ABAP Changes using CTS+Should have worked on CCLM & UCIA,DVM, standard Root Cause Analysis configuration.Experience on service level reporting and job service monitoring.Strong Knowledge on Focused Build and Focused InsightsGood Knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM

Good to Have skills:

Focused RunBasic – ABAP & Basis troubleshooting knowledge will be added advantage.Tricentis Test AutomationSAP SignavioExperience on Solution Manager migration from 7.1 to SAP Solution Manager/ALM certifications will have added advantage.

Soft skills:
