The successful candidate will have extensive business process knowledge across the end-to-end procure-to-pay value chain for direct and indirect procurement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP S4 HANA and Ariba, as well as experience with Maximo integration and Fieldglass. Industry experience in Refineries is preferred. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as a subject matter expert for source-to-pay processes, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders and clients * Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including process maps, procedures, and work instructions * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging industry best practices and technology advancements * Provide expertise in SAP S4 HANA and Ariba, including configuration, testing, and training * Support the integration of Maximo and Fieldglass with SAP S4 HANA and Ariba * Analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs, utilizing SAP S4 HANA and Ariba functionality * Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, focusing on source-to-pay processes and system functionality * Participate in project teams to implement new processes and systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to improve source-to-pay processes and systems * Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize process improvements, and develop business cases to support these initiatives **Required technical and professional expertise** Requirements: * 10+ years of experience in source-to-pay process management, with a focus on direct and indirect procurement * Hands-on experience with SAP S4 HANA and Ariba, including configuration, testing, and training * Strong business process knowledge across the end-to-end procure-to-pay value chain * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders **Preferred technical and professional experience** Preferred: * Experience with Maximo integration and Fieldglass is preferred * Industry experience in Refineries is preferred * Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma * Certification in SAP S4 HANA or Ariba * Experience with cloud-based procurement platforms and solutions * Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards, such as OSHA or EPA regulations
