A SAP Data Migration Lead plays a critical role in the successful implementation of SAP projects by overseeing the data migration process. Here are the primary roles and responsibilities of an SAP Data Migration Lead: 1. Project Planning and Management: · Develop and execute the data migration strategy and plan. · Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of data migration activities. · Coordinate with project managers to integrate data migration tasks with overall project timelines. · Identify and manage risks related to data migration. 2.
