Dematic has an immediate need at our Monterrey facility for SAP Specialist – WM/MM/SD modules. The successful candidate must have a minimum of five years working as SAP Functional / Business Analyst / Specialist on the WM/MM/SD modules (programming or configuration skills not required for this position).

Tasks and Qualifications:This is What You Will do in This Role:Supports departmental functions/usage of SAP WM, MM, SD (PP is desirable)Analyzes and evaluates SAP system processes and user needs.Researches, defines, and proposes both short- and long-term solutions to SAP system requirements.Evaluates system requirements, defines, and implements solutions, including testing of released system solutions.Creates and documents strategies; and develops, coordinates, and executes standards, policies, methods, and procedures for SAP business processes.Consults with Business process owners to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements and levels of system access.Creating and updating of master data and operational transactions for several SAP modulesMonitoring and solving incidents within the software within hardware working with SAP (mobile printers, RF Guns scanners, local and network printers).Assisting users with material transactions in inventory management and warehouse management.Participate in local and/or global development projects as appropriate.Collaborate with internal SAP team to assure knowledge exchange.Creating, updating, and reporting in a daily, weekly, and monthly basis operational KPI’s with specific follow-up with area owners for those close to be out of goal and out of goal.Continuous training on current and improved processes for teammates, supervisors, and associates.Support and participate into projects lead by KION to upgrade / improve current processes and systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in science related field with 5 years IT experience.Fluent English is required for this position5 years SAP ECC 6.0, strong functional experience in WM, MM, SD (PP is also desirable).SAP S4HANA experience within above mentioned modules.Solid understanding of Warehouse Management, Materials Management and Sales and Delivery process execution.Solid experience in managing small to medium sized projects and must be able to work independently.Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels of management.Excellent communication with both written and oral skills.Proven ability to work with Excel power pivot, Excel power query, Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas)Travel 20% of time.Experience in day-to-day customer support and continuous improvement of existing process as well as ongoing user training.
