Salary: $96,000 - $125,000
Schedule: Hybrid schedule available of up to 2 days remote per week
Focus: The SAP Specialist - Plant Maintenance (PM) & Project Systems (PS) serves as the interface between the IT department and business process owners for the Plant Maintenance and Project Systems modules of SAP. In this role, you will meet with internal business customers to discuss opportunities, challenges, and priorities, as well as perform configuration changes for SAP PM and PS modules. This role will coordinate with other IT support team members to resolve production incidents and system enhancements.
SAP Specialist - Plant Maintenance (PM) & Project Systems (PS) Essential Job Functions: Performs troubleshooting and repair activities related to existing functionality, ensuring that issues are handled end-to-end in terms of integration with SAP PM/PS and other modules. Analyze current and new processes and implement necessary changes using best practices and an understanding of Olin's global business process; Make recommendations to internal business customers and IT management related to SAP releases and new functionality. Plan and align complex changes while liaising with cross-functional project teams in multiple geographies. Follow change control process for configuration of adjustments or enhancements; Perform configuration, develop functional specifications for enhancements and other programming changes including collaboration with ABAP development team, test all enhancements, changes, and break-fixes, and execute user acceptance testing for new or modified processes and system components. Ensure compliance with Change Control procedures for on-going changes, enhancements and projects, and maintain operational procedures around supported environments. Maintain Document Repository for business and IT purposes. SAP Specialist - Plant Maintenance (PM) & Project Systems (PS) Minimum Requirements: Must meet one of the following education and experience requirements: High school diploma or equivalent plus 10 years' SAP and plant maintenance related experience; OR Bachelor's degree* plus 5 years' SAP and plant maintenance related experience; Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline preferred Relevant IT experience with SAP PM modules strongly preferred Minimum of 2 implementations of PM modules with large-scale organization(s) Demonstrated knowledge of work order processing, work center usage, settlement processes, procurement via the workorder, and integration with project systems (WBS) Integration experience with plant maintenance applications such as Primavera, TMS, PCMS; Knowledgeable of the integration points with Supply Chain, Materials Management, Finance, Project Systems, Data and Reporting Experience with requirements gathering, design, gap analysis, configuration, testing and deployment Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred
