Through shadowing coach employees at their rotation destinations, they will deepen their understanding of the value SAP provides to its customers and the various job roles. Those who wish to become full-time employees will have the opportunity to go through the selection process in January-March. Through assignments and interviews, we will confirm cultural fit and job suitability, and successful candidates will receive a preliminary offer for employment starting in April 2027. **Second Half - April 2026 to March 2027 (For those who have received a preliminary offer)** Practical work experience and pre-employment training. Training covers essential professional skills (manners, presentations, etc.), IT basics, English, accounting basics, latest digital trends, and specialized knowledge for each job role.
