In ECS APAC, we manage customer engagements across Japan, Southeast Asia, India, ANZ, Korea, Greater China market units.  **STAR students in Enterprise Cloud Services will:** + Gain real-world experience in one of the world’s top software companies + Understand job roles by learning about customer needs for transitioning to cloud systems and participating in project meetings (including global meetings). + Each student will be assigned a mentor or job coach who will provide continuous mentoring. + Gain valuable on-site learning and experiences, not just routine tasks. + Learn business communication using Japanese/English. + Build a global network with SAP colleagues across 140 countries **Overall Internship Schedule** **First Half - October 2025 to End of March 2026** Based on training at SAP and self-developed personal development plans, students will advance their foundational learning necessary to become professionals. Through shadowing coach employees at their rotation destinations, they will deepen their understanding of the value SAP provides to its customers and the various job roles. Those who wish to become full-time employees will have the opportunity to go through the selection process in January-March. Through assignments and interviews, we will confirm cultural fit and job suitability, and successful candidates will receive a preliminary offer for employment starting in April 2027. **Second Half - April 2026 to March 2027 (For those who have received a preliminary offer)** Practical work experience and pre-employment training. Training covers essential professional skills (manners, presentations, etc.), IT basics, English, accounting basics, latest digital trends, and specialized knowledge for each job role. Understand SAP, learn how to work in a global company, and develop oneself. **Eligibility Requirements for Applicants** + Students who will be graduating in **March 2027** . + Can join as internship from Oct 2025 to end of March 2027. + Must be able to work in Japan during the program period. + Ideally, can work for over 16 hours per week.
