PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:

Application specific solution consulting (for a specific application: creation of business blueprint, Implementation based on a blue print, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go live support, and post go live support) Support in escalated projects Performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews Support of pre-sales activities/ scoping/ system demo High-level project management and solution architecture

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

Taking over responsibility from time to time as a sub project team leader Takes responsibility from time to time as team lead and supports respective line manager(s) in people development tasks Detailed planning of process implementation Define detailed blueprint for development requirements Industry /corporate process implementation across all related applications (SAP/non-SAP) Develop and Assure quality of process models Demonstrating profound knowledge of modelling standards and tools Knowledge in features and configuration of SAP Successfactors Modules Sufficient HR domain knowledge related to the products for process discussions with HR leaders Ability to review existing processes then give accurate estimation and scoping for new SAP Successfactors implementation / migrations.

 

WORK EXPERIENCE:

Functional Experience

Experience in SF Employee Central (EC) is required. Experience in EC Time Off, Time Tracking, SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll) will be our first preference. Thereafter candidates with understanding of other SAP SuccessFactors modules will be considered. Candidates with understanding of SAP HCM Time and Payroll will also be considered. Good understanding of industry specific business processes (if applicable) Has performed at least one feasibility study Ideally has implemented SAP HCM or SAP Successfactors modules in a partner organization or has experience being involved in an SAP Successfactors project with a previous customer

Managerial Experience

Takes responsibility from time to time as a sub project leader Acts as a coach for colleagues Mentor new consultants

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Relevant certification in the areas of functional experience Local language: Fluent. English: Fluent/ Working Level will be preferred. Knowledge of additional language is desirable. Formal certification and education qualification in HR domain will be additional advantage.
