We are looking for a SuccessFactors L2 AMS Specialist to manage ticket resolution, including incidents, service requests, and system enhancements. This role requires close collaboration with Service Managers, HR, and IT teams to ensure efficient issue resolution and system optimization. The ideal candidate should have strong AMS experience, SuccessFactors expertise, and ITIL knowledge.
Your future duties and responsibilities:• Handle ticket management for incidents, service requests, and enhancements, ensuring timely resolution.
• Work closely with Service Managers, HR, and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Provide L2 support for SAP SuccessFactors modules, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL processes for incident and change management.
• Analyze recurring issues and suggest process improvements and system optimizations.
• Assist with system updates, configurations, and testing as required.
• Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and system enhancements.
• 5+ years of AMS experience with a focus on SuccessFactors support.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications in relevant modules.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes related to incident, change, and problem management.
• Experience working in ticketing systems and service management platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve system issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Must be amenable to working 3 days a week at the client's office in Alabang on a mid-shift schedule.
