We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Manager to oversee Application Management Services (AMS) delivery, ensuring service level agreement (SLA) compliance and acting as the primary liaison between HRIS, IT, and the AMS team. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, optimize system performance, and enhance the overall HR technology experience.
Your future duties and responsibilities:• Oversee the end-to-end AMS service delivery for SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring high-quality support and issue resolution.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with SLAs, proactively addressing risks and service gaps.
• Act as the key point of contact between HRIS, IT, and the AMS team, facilitating clear communication and alignment on system requirements and enhancements.
• Lead incident management, change requests, and system optimizations to improve HR technology efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify areas for process improvement and automation within SuccessFactors.
• Provide insights and recommendations on best practices, system upgrades, and enhancements to drive operational excellence.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and alignment with business objectives.
• Work closely with vendors and external partners to maintain system stability and implement new functionalities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors AMS management or similar HR technology roles.
• Success Factor certifications
• Strong understanding of SuccessFactors modules.
• ITIL & PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred.
• Proven experience in service delivery management, SLA tracking, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to analyze system issues, recommend solutions, and coordinate across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Experience working with external vendors and AMS providers is a plus.
• Must be amenable to working 3 days a week at the client's office in Alabang on a mid-shift schedule.
