Job Description:
Main accountabilities
Support finance users in day-to-day operations regarding usage of SAP S/4HANA and Analysis for Office(AFO) toolWork with the client to ensure day-to-day support and maintenance activities, which include problem solvingPerform finance related activities as requested by finance teamParticipate in business requirement gathering and analysisDocumentation and maintenance of operational guidesAbility to train the users on SAP S/4HANA GL/FA/AP/GR modulesWorking and coordinating effectively with our offshore partners to ensure quality and timely deliverablesWork with technical team, business systems analyst to resolve any issues/defects from the Finance usersCore competencies:
Strong problem solving, process improvement, and project planning skillsStrong interpersonal skills including collaboration and organizational know-how capabilities.Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a demanding and deadline-oriented environment.Ability to learn quickly and ramp up on business processes and application systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be detail-oriented, well-organized, innovative, a self-starter with high initiative and a team player.Qualifications/Skills
Business, accounting and/or finance degreeMinimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry with extensive knowledge of financial analyses and reportingGood skills with business processing analysis and documentation5+ years of experience implementing or supporting SAP S/4HANA GL/FA/AP/GR modulesStrong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate at most levels of the organizationStrong data analytics skillsKnowledge of Insurance and/or financial services industryAbility to communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audiences and work with business partners as well as infrastructure teamsExperience in IFRS17 projects and Tableau reporting tool are preferred.Nice to Have
Working knowledge of SAP Ariba and/or ConcurKnowledge or experience with SAP BW AFO reports development and troubleshooting.Job Category:
