Position Description:

As an SAP Team Leader, you will lead and oversee team operations and address issues.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Lead and manage team activities to ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Leverage expertise in SAP SD and MM to oversee team operations and address issues.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HD1 processes.
• Collaborate with the Governance Team to address uncertainties and disseminate information to the Service Manager and team members.
• Ensure the Knowledge Base is regularly updated with accurate and relevant information.
• Monitor incidents to ensure timely resolution and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support and enhance SAP and Digital Wholesale Applications operations.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Proficient in SAP SD and MM modules.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage team activities effectively.
• Experience in maintaining documentation and ensuring procedure compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to process improvement and knowledge sharing.

Work Arrangement:
• 3 days RTO at our client's office in Alabang
• Flexible schedule
