roject Details: Client is implementing SAP and rolling out globally. They need a functional consultant for Time Management. They specifically want someone that has experience working on SAP for professional services clients. Regarding Time Management, two of the specific challenges they have mentioned are integration with CO and setting up employees outside of the U.S. to receive American holiday pay.

Functional expertise
Excellent communication and business facing skills.
Professional service experience (staffing and consultant firm experience is preferred. Other professional services such as law firm, nursing, accounting is second).
Profile Requirements:
-Minimum 4 plus years of experience within functional area.
- Minimum 2 full life cycle implementations.
- Ability to effectively liaise with the business community and translate business requirements into effective IT solutions.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Practical experience with Solution Manager, Quality Center, ASAP methodology.
-Professional Services Vertical experience.
Role Responsibilities:
- Produces detailed configuration and configuration documentation based on integrated system design of required business scenarios.
-Assists in Identifying and resolving functional gaps.
- Determines master file and table configuration in cooperation with SAP consultants.
- Provides integrated system and design expertise in designated functional areas under the guidance of SAP team lead.
-Provides on integration issues based on knowledge and previous implementation experience.
- Provides input on technical implications of specific design solutions.
- Provides functional specifications for any required report, interface, conversion, enhancement, form, workflow.
-Performs unit test and provides integration test support.
- Provides input on training material development where required.
