The Role
AS SAP Transportation Management consultant you will be part of the Sales Logistics Service in a global team responsible for the SAP modules TM and LE in KION Group IT. The person will take the responsibility for advising internal customers in the transportation and shipping area and optimizing business processes, having a significant contribution to the IT Services delivered by KION Group IT, as well as the development of the newly created IT Service Hub in Monterrey.

Analyzes business/ functional requirements and identify gaps comparing to SAP standard.Performs functional and technical design and documents technical specifications. Ensures compliance of developed solution to underlying solution architecture.Mapping of the end-to-end shipping and transport business processes for our internal customersOptimizing SAP TM solutions in S4/HANA using customizationProposing solutions to solve complex business problems by reusing existing solutions or suggesting a new oneAdvising our internal customers in the SAP Transport Management and SAP BN4L areaParticipation in the full project life cycle, rollouts, and handover to the operationsSupport our internal customers by solving incidents and service requests.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of professional work experience as an SAP TM ConsultantBachelor’s Degree or higherKnowledge of business processes in the area of Shipping and Transport ManagementProfessional experience involving in planning, designing, implementing, and testing end-to-end solutions in an international environment.Project experience in customizing in S4/HANABasic knowledge of ABAP Objects (nice to have) and BOBF.Great communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently as well as cooperate in the team.
