Key responsibilities:
Lead the development of the training strategy to align with the S/4 Deployment Program and business objectives to deploy the transformation roadmap with the right training planExecute the Global Strategy and plan in line with the program deployment roadmap to ensure effective training campaigns across all target audiences, working closely with the Country Roll Out Leaders.Leverage digital solutions to deliver training and strengthen the change management planMonitor training program effectivenessStay updated on training trendsHelp employees in career developmentPerform orientation sessionsCreate leadership development programsTrack training and development progressManage training & communication budgetEnsure effective communicationPromote, market, engage, and involve others within and outside the organizationHave confidence communicating with people and groupsKey requirements:
At least 10 years of experience relevant to community advocacy, strategic communications, and/or marketing.Fully competent and productive professional contributor who applies acquired job skills, policies and procedures to complete substantive assignments/projects/tasks of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with general supervision; exercises judgment within defined guidelines and practices to determine appropriate action.
