SUMMARY OF POSITION:

We are looking for an experienced SAP professional to join our Corporate IT team, specializing in SAP Treasury and FICO modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), as well as a working knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO). This role will be pivotal in driving SAP solutions to meet the needs of our business functions, with an emphasis on supporting Finance processes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) solutions while working closely with system users to ensure their needs are met. They will engage with business customers on a daily basis to understand and address change requests or support requirements. The role includes defining business requirements for reporting, writing functional specifications, and delivering complex solutions that align with business objectives. The candidate will also lead the implementation of the solution, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery, and will manage testing activities such as SIT, UAT, Load & Performance Testing, and Go-Live activities.

Additionally, the person will also work with other SAP Finance and Controlling modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Investment Management (IM). The Job includes conducting systems analysis, configuration, and integration across various SAP FICO modules, ensuring master data governance, security design, and project management to support Finance processes.

     

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Design, Build, and Configure SAP TRM & FICO Modules: Collaborate with system users to design, build, and configure SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) solutions, as well as other SAP Finance and Controlling modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, and Investment Management. (25% of the time)Engage with Business Stakeholders: Work closely with business customers to understand their needs, address change requests, and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth system functionality and process alignment including Month-End and Year-End Support. (25% of the time)Document the processes including training: Document the IT implementation Specs like Functional specifications, Training Materials, or Test Results. (10% of the time)Manage Testing and Implementation: Lead SIT, UAT, Load & Performance Testing, and go-live activities, providing hypercare support to ensure smooth transitions and successful go-live implementations. (10% of the time)Continuous Process Improvement: Collaborate with business Finance teams to continuously enhance SAP Treasury and FICO processes, drive system optimizations, and support cross-functional integrations to improve overall business efficiency. (30% of the time)

Finance Manager- supervisor that would provide directions.

Finance business team – to understand the need, support change, and training. Also for design/configuration of new functionality/systems and production support.

Global Information Services colleagues for production support and design/configuration of new functionality/systems.

External :

Finance vendors such as Banks, Reval, OneSource, OneStream for configuration, integration, and troubleshooting

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Education and Experience:

Bachelors in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field Otherwise equivalent experience. CPA/MBA/Finance education or equivalent experience preferred.SAP Certification in TRM or FICO is a plus.

SAP Treasury and FICO Experience:

At least 7+ years of hands-on experience working with SAP Treasury and FICO modules.A minimum of 5+ years of experience with the SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) module.Strong working knowledge of SAP TRM sub-modules including Bank Account Management (BAM), Bank Communication Management (BCM), Bank Statements Monitoring and Reconciliation, Cash Management, FX, Hedging, and Central Payments (PAY).A minimum of 2 full-cycle SAP implementations in SAP Treasury and FICO.Proven experience in designing and deploying custom interfaces through SAP-PI/SAP BTP and developing custom reports.In-depth expertise in solution design across SAP FICO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Investment Management (IM).Solid experience in master data governance and integration.Ability to understand and manage accounting flows across various SAP integration modules such as MM-FI and SD-FI.Experience in account determination for goods movements, product costing, material ledger, and actual costing is a plus.Strong background in SAP FICO configuration, with a focus on Fixed Assets, AR, AP, General Ledger, and both P2P and OTC processes.

Other SAP, Project Management, and Soft Skills:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and business stakeholders.Proven experience working with Agile methodology, delivering projects across multiple sprints, and ensuring timely completion.Experience with SAP S/4HANA, FIORI, and Central Finance is highly preferred.In-depth knowledge and expertise in understanding business requirements and developing comprehensive Functional Specifications for custom objects.Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to independently manage and drive requirements to successful, high-quality deliverables in accordance with established standardsAbility to manage external 3rd party resources for sustainment and project delivery.
