POSITION SUMMARY
The SAP WM EWM Specialist is responsible for facilitating the delivery and support of the design and development portion of projects/programs within specified functional area(s). Coordinates and takes the lead role for design of the technical/functional development and support of IT applications in his/her area of responsibility. Coordinates development aspects including reports, interfaces, conversion programs, database design and creation, enhancements. May also include SAP Portal development, ABAP, SAP UI5/Fiori. Provides accurate estimates based on design documents, including data mapping, and interface models.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Collaborates closely with the business to understand business requirements.Responsible for planning, analysis, designing, requirements definition, functional design, development, testing and implementation of IT solutions.Drives medium to large sized complex projects with planning, development, and implementation of system solutions.Creates systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to application developers.Simultaneously coordinates activities for multiple projects and activities.Meets with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve business systems issues.Reviews and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.Coordinates and performs in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems.Conducts research on software products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts.SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
BE/B. Tech in Information Technology or Computer Science or the equivalent of 10+ years professional experience in IT Applications development and support.Must have implementation experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)Experience within a manufacturing/distribution environment in an IT development capacityMinimum 5 years’ experience in planning, analysis, design, testing, implementation, documenting and training of IT applications.Should have experience as Architect for minimum 2 end to end SAP EWM and WM Implementations.Working experience should be in SAP Decentral EWM 9.3 or higher or SAP S/4 HANA Embedded EWM.SAP Certification in SAP EWM is preferred.High energy, self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skillsAbility to work with diverse remote teams, managing through a matrix structure, and will require strong analytical skills, process & project management, combined with well-developed team leadership and influencing skills.Agile methodology experience preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills, including preparation and delivery of executive-level presentations.Proven analytical, problem-solving and process management skills.Demonstrated tendency to challenge the status quo and drive constant improvement in process and ability to achieve organizational goals.Technical Skills
Sound understanding on all processes in SAP WM areas.Sound understanding of SAP EWM Outbound, Inbound and Internal processes with VAS, Quality Inspections and EGR, Wave Management, Physical Inventory, Posting Changes, RF developments.Experience in creation of Master Data i.e., Packaging Specifications, Warehouse Organizational Structure, Settings for Handling Units etc. Should have sound knowledge and strong experience in configuring/modifying Post Processing Framework in SAP EWM. Along with a strong expertise in setting up the system integration between SAP ERP with SAP EWMKnowledge about implementing MFS, Labor Management, Yard Management and Cross Docking in EWMMust have Experience in interface development (RFC/ALE/IDoc/Web Services)Must have Experience in system enhancements and configuration.Experience in analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentationExperience in data migrationExperience in interfacing NON-SAP ERP with SAP EWM is an advantage.If you feel this opportunity could be the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.
