ADP is hiring a SASS Operations Specialist I. In this position, you'll join a team of highly trained professionals who are responsible for ensuring every background check report our clients receive is accurate, up-to-date and compliant with FCRA and state legislation. You'll combine a passion for analyzing and discovering innovative solutions with our top-ranked training programs to help customers benefit from the quality of our products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to multitask High attention to detail Analyze and evaluate collected data used for background check reporting Leverage strong interpersonal skills Independently manage time and resources to perform job duties and make sound decisions Follow/develop policies, procedures and consistent detailed monitoring of procedures Provide support to other members of team and management within the department as requested Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as independently st be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standardsQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
High School diploma No previous experience requiredPreference will be given to candidates who have the following:
Bachelor's degree Preferred Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills Data entry experience or quality assurance Demonstrated ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situations. Organizational Skills: the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely mannerBase salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience.
