We currently have an exciting opportunity in Satellite Ground System Integration & Test to join our team located in Englewood, CO.
This position can also be located in San Diego, CA or Huntsville, AL.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Individual contributor supporting the Ground Segment IPT for assigned program.Ensure integrated satellite simulation test bed solution comprised of internal, COTS, FOSS meets requirements and supports regression testing flight software deliveriesSupport development of ICD, IDDs and test plans/procedures.Collaborate with all levels of engineering staff on design, integration and test matters and support other teams/disciplines as necessary.Ensures RVTM is in alignment with subsystem integration and verification plan for the space vehicle simulation test bedDevelop SV simulation test bed integration plan based on capability deliveriesCoordinate subsystem integration plan based on delivery schedule of flight softwareDefine integration test cases as part of planVerifies space vehicle simulation test bed requirements, preferably using test-automationManage flight software versions on test bedSupport development of ground and operations related program documentation. Develops training material for operational readiness.Collaborates in design of new space systems including: requirement alignment, conduct of design reviews, verification and test supportTroubleshoots, analyzes, and repairs systems in assigned area by utilizing standard engineering and scientific principles.Follow solution/ product through all phases of the project as neededProvides documentation and makes technical presentations as required.Maintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.Performs other duties as assigned.Responsible for observing all laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company. Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
