**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Saw Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. As a Saw Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating various machinery, ensuring quality and productivity, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role is essential in our manufacturing process and requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently.
**Responsibilities**
+ Read tape measure using 1/16" and 1/32" increments.
+ Operate Punch, Farming, CNC machines, and Saw.
+ Move quickly to meet quotas while maintaining quality.
+ Assemble parts and load/offload paint line parts.
+ Use small power tools such as drills, electric screwdrivers, and staple guns.
+ Assist with cleaning, mopping, and organizing the workspace.
+ Move small parts on wheeled carts.
+ Perform basic arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
+ Lift up to 50 lbs.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to read tape measure using 1/16" and 1/32" increments.
+ Previous experience with Punch, Farming, CNC machine operation, and Saw operation.
+ Ability to move quickly and maintain quality.
+ Experience with small power tools.
+ High school diploma/GED or 3 months of related experience and/or training.
+ Basic arithmetic skills.

**Work Environment**
You will work in a traditional manufacturing shop environment with up to 100 employees. Our clean shop environment is an industry leader in manufacturing telescopic seating. The workspace is divided into sections, or 'cells,' where structures are assembled. The noise level is moderate, and you may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles. First shift hours are from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential for overtime based on the season. Weekend work will never extend past 11:00 AM.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $16.64 - $18.64

**Workplace Type**
This is a fully onsite position in Effingham,IL.
