**Job Title: Fabricator** **Job Description** The fabricator will work in the weld shop alongside welders, cutting materials to specification using band saws, drill presses, and brake presses to make bends according to prints. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16". **Responsibilities** + Cut materials to specification using band saws + Utilize drill presses for precise drilling tasks + Operate brake press to make bends per print + Read and interpret blueprints for bends and cuts + Measure materials accurately down to 1/16" **Essential Skills** + Saw operation + Proficient use of a tape measure down to 1/16" + Blueprint reading for bends and cuts + 1+ year of manufacturing experience, preferably within a fab shop + Experience with press brake and drill press **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Brake press experience + Drill press operation **Why Work Here?** We offer 3 weeks of vacation when hired direct, providing a great work-life balance and ample time for personal pursuits. Standard 1st shift hours are from 6:30am to 3:00pm, with some flexibility for shifts as early as 5:00am to 1:30pm. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of De Pere, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
