1. Deep understanding of business model of innovative campaign and take lead campaign implantation
Understand the strategy direction and business objective of innovative business model.Design layout of innovative campaign with leveraging endorsement of academic association and resource of ecosystem business partner.Keep close interaction and connection of key stakeholder to explore insight for further improvement of planning in short-term and long term,Monitors and measures effectiveness of campaign implementation against agreed objective, and continuously improvement through tailer-made follow up action.2. Develop synergized brand experience plan (BEP) based on TA business strategy
Create blueprint reflecting on pain points, business model to execute and outline of customer journey changes.Identify and drive role in ecosystem and identify partner to fill any capability gaps. So that to map ecosystem across value chain and identify partners to provide competitive advantage.Monitor marketing activity against internal benchmarks and OKRs to assess ROI.Define and track KPIs to measure customer/patient interaction and performance.3. Data analysis and insight to define success metrics and continuous improvement opportunities
Develop insights on external market and anticipate trends and market dynamics to identify compelling insights, partnering with Medical to maximize understanding of market and competitors.Scan broader healthcare ecosystem to identify potential technology, data and service partners for innovative collaborations.Prepare tracking reports for internal business review.4. Deliver brand strategy to sales team and field visit
Deliver brand/portfolio vision and ambition, coherent strategies, value propositions and key messages and market activities.Evaluates effectiveness of promotional material with field force and adjusts as necessary.Plans and conducts field visits with sales team to monitor market dynamics.5. Understanding of product knowledge and therapy area knowledge for content deployment and optimization
Identify content needs across customer personas and optimize content to attract patient, payer and HCP.Keep up with industry and therapeutic area trend through attending conference, KOL interactionContinuous tracking of content use, driving personalization based on customer insights whenever possible to optimise in real timeDate Posted
