Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Direct supervisor for all shifts in departmentEnsure that Safety Culture remains top priority Maintain Quality procedures rigorously to comply with customer needs and process improvements Develop/execute housekeeping processes to ensure that clean operating facilities are maintained Manage the Technical and Production teams to meet or exceed budgeted goals Promote continual technical and procedural improvements in process operations Monitor and Continuously improve Efficiencies, Scrap, and Labor SpendPartner with Human Resources to ensure that staffing requirements are met by timely selection of leadership and operating personnel and training of the work force Provide real-time support to employees in the departmentSupport and Enforce all Defined ISO and SQF RequirementsReporting production, efficiencies, and labor daily Qualifications

Qualifications:
