SC Fleet Supervisor
Overview Work shift: Mon-Fri (8 am - 5 pm); flexible In the Fleet Assoc Supervisor role, we are seeking a leader with strong technical skills along with good leadership skills to develop, implement and monitor the strategies and processes for the Fleet performance. This role is responsible for day to day fleet activity of all assets, shop maintenance, technician engagement, and all related facets of Fleet Operations (i.e. work load planning, technician schedules, vendor management, safety, productivity, environmental management, financial performance). Key accountabilities include managing preventative maintenance programs, training and developing technicians, and initiatives that impact the performance of the business in areas of cost, quality and reliability. Responsibilities Lead the Fleet Team to deliver the cost, quality, service, and reliability results set out in the annual Fleet Capability plan. Build a shop strategic plan to drive Fleet performance. Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs to ensure the reliability of the fleet. Maintain 100% PM compliance each period Manage service quality to eliminate break downs Manage all regulatory compliance (DOT, EPA, FDA) Drive Fuel Usage Improvement Programs, reducing idle time and increasing miles per gallon Develop the technical and non-technical capability of the Texoma Fleet Team Effectively communicate with internal and external business partners Strong management, leadership, communication, follow-up and technical skills are required Ability to implement productivity, customer satisfaction, and employee initiatives that drive value Strong computer skills in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and Fleet Management Systems Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,000 - $100,500. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually. Qualifications 5 years Heavy-Duty technician experience, highly preferred 2-3 years minimum of previous experience in fleet maintenance Ability to manage Technician & Fleet Staff performance Ability to influence cross-functional teams EAM/Infor or similar CMMS experience ASE Certifications or OEM Certifications, preferred but not required Ability to create, implement, lead, and execute local fleet maintenance strategies Leadership skills including coaching, facilitation, presentation and team building preferred Able to travel 25% of the time Flexible - a willingness to work off shifts, holidays, and weekends as necessary based on business need EEO Statement All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
