Brief role of the mission

EssilorLuxottica business environment is evolving and customer order fulfillment is essential to the company's customers satisfaction and loyalty.

 

EssilorLuxottica integration and new technology availability open opportunities for new business models roll out such as Edging and Mounting technology, full equipment, Integrated customer supply chains, WMS, Mobile Shelvings...

Standardization of APAC Industrial DC operations is key to support, to roll out and to scale up these new Industrial distribution models and technologies.

 

Your day at EssilorLuxottica

 

Being expertise in Industrial Distribution Center (DC) operations and management, lean management and EHS. Developing standards for Industrial DC referential with including Edging and Mounting referential and Warehouse referential in coordination with Supply Chain team  Preparing the deployment road map of the Industrial DC referential for the APAC region: Prioritize Industrial DC, ensure local resources availability, and validate implementation time line with Country/Regional Operations Managers/VPs Organizing and leading the diagnosis and audits of  each Industrial DC of the Zone (using LIFE tool, assessment matrix, maturity matrix, etc) Reviewing and validating the short term/ midterm / Long term action plan with the local CI Supporting and reviewing the steering committee with local CI and E&M team in Industrial DC maturity score Implementing a cost tracker to capture the Industrial DC cost activities. Coordinating to follow up the savings on distribution costs for warehouse with APAC Finance and the execution of short term action plans with the local CI Managing and following up monthly Industrial DC KPIs to monitor the performance of each Industrial DC. Animating the APAC Industrial DC management experts group known as Techno Club (best practices, benchmarking, training and E-learning). Participating in the definition of functional requirements of IT solution for the above processes Edging & Mouting processes WH processes) Ensuring that investments required for the action plans are integrated into the budgets of each entities. Contributing to the technological watch regarding Industrial DC equipment (edger, tracer, finisher, shelves, trolleys, mobile scanner, automation, packing and sorting machines, etc), and participate to the specification of these equipment for EssilorLuxottica/APAC in collaboration with other stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree or higher degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or any relevant fields 5 to 10 years experience in managing Lean implementation project in Manufacturer and Distribution Center Understand production, warehouse management, industrial management and supply chain management Very good communication skill, analytical and planning skill, and project management Result driven, possess improvement mindset, customer focus and details oriented Good knowledge in LEAN system, WMS System, Black Belt certificate is advantages Good command of English
