Responsibilities The Marketing Equipment Kent HUB Supervisor (MES) contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by managing the marketing equipment department with placement and sourcing of our marketing equipment and leading Prep Shop Technicians. This person is responsible for the supervision of frontline non-union and/ union employees; they must lead coach and support their team to achieve both productivity and customer service objectives. Key Responsibilities include: Ensure the marketing equipment assets (coolers, vendors and fountain) A-Repair and prep equipment according to PepsiCo standards Select, coach, train and develop marketing equipment prep technicians Perform Route rides with prep technicians in order to coach them on process and develop their technical – critical thinking skills – repair process skills Perform route rides with transport drivers in order to coach and perform behind the wheel observations to meet DOT Guidelines Ensure that equipment is A-Repaired Final Prepped, and set to standards based on customer request according to PepsiCo policies. Ensure the Marketing Equipment department meets the annual operating plan budget Control warehouse operations to meet the 5S standards Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,000 - $110,550. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off in accordance with policy is subject to eligibility and includes vacation, holiday, sick, bereavement and parental leave. Vacation: for eligible full-time employees, a minimum of 15 paid vacation days. Holidays: for eligible full-time employees, the company provides 10 paid holidays annually. Sick Leave: for eligible full- time employees, 10 days (80 hours) of paid sick leave benefits are available for absences related to non-job-related injury. Sick leave benefit will be accrued during your first year at 1 day for each month worked in that calendar year. Bereavement Leave: In the event of a death of an immediate family member, full-time and part-time regular employees are eligible to receive up to three (3) consecutive working days with pay. Parental Leave: for eligible employees, the company offers paid parental leave for up to 6 weeks to allow for a time of bonding with their newborn or newly adopted child.
