Responsibilities The Opportunity Supply chain planning Sr cordinator is responsible for managing the distribution plan in the short and medium term for the production plants and distribution centers in Brazil leveraging the use of technological tools to create the basis of the plan to be executed, ensuring optimal service and reducing waste, also responsible for managing inventory targets at SKU level. Your Impact As SC Sr Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of Analyze and execute - Evaluate daily the short and medium term replenishment plans suggested by the Blueyonder tool to be the basis of the daily plan and adjust with external inputs to deliver the replenishment plan guaranteeing the service level and cost. Optimize inventory - Monitor and manage inventories leveraging the IO tool, minimizing waste. Master tools - Maintain updated parameters (LeadTime, Quarentine time, shipment capacities, RP exclusion, etc) as well as distribution networks within MyISCP. Participate in weekly sessions with the stakeholders to develop action plans as needed. Effective communication - Collaborate closely with the planning manager and team to align medium and long term strategies with short term operational needs. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education Required Bachelor's degree (industrial engineering, international business or related) Experience a. Fluent in Portuguese b. 4 years previous experience in Supply Chain c. Intermediate proficiency in English, oral and written (mandatory) d. Skilled in the main softwares - Word, Excel(Advanced/Expert), Power Point (mandatory) , Power BI (Desireable) e. Familiar with processes on conflicts resolution f. Highly analytical and numerial, motivated, decisive thought leader with excellent managerial skills. g. Strong foundational understanding of supply chain for special customers constraints and operational effectiveness. h. KPIs develope and follow up to ensure compliance with business indicators. i. Innovation and improvement skills to optimize company proceseses with new solutions and ways of working. j. Able to work extended hours as required by the business. k. Multitasking l. Attention to details m. Skills: Work under pressure, proactive, easy to speak, adaptation to changes, follow-up, organized. n. Skilled in SAP system operation.
