Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Superintendent to oversee all scaffolding activities on-site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scaffolding operations, safety protocols, and team management within large-scale industrial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all scaffolding activities on the construction site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits of scaffolding structures. Manage and lead a team of scaffolders, providing training and support as needed. Collaborate with other construction supervisors and project managers to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain accurate records of scaffolding activities, including materials, labor, and safety inspections. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to scaffolding operations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Scaffolding Superintendent or similar role in large-scale construction projects. In-depth knowledge of scaffolding systems, safety regulations, and industry standards. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Relevant certifications in scaffolding and safety management are preferred. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
