This position is responsible for maintaining site security, controlling vehicle traffic, and verifying truck shipments coming in and out of company property.

Responsibilities Check-in and monitor all employees and visitors including freight carriersVerify visitors (i.e., verify host, appointment time, and meeting location)Weigh and direct all inbound and outbound freight carriersVerify BOLsAnswer phone/switchboard during off-hours and route callsIssue PPE to truck drivers when neededMaintain daily truck time logComplete incident reportsConduct site security rounds and property audits when necessaryConduct investigations when necessary Qualifications Ability to work in a multi-tasking environmentAbility to work a flexible schedule Excellent attention to detail especially with verifying numerical dataAbility to read and interpret documents such as instructions and proceduresMust be able to communicate in a diplomatic manner with vendors, employees, and visitors
