We are looking for a Scale-Up Engineer to join our Semiconductor Technology Development Engineering team. This role is critical in brining next generation photo lithography products from the lab to high volume manufacturing (HVM) while driving process improvements and ensuring product excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Lead product development projects, successfully scaling raw materials and processes from lab to HVM.
Design and execute process validation and continuous improvement strategies, including filtration and intermediate product handling.
Utilize DOE (Design of Experiments) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) to optimize production processes.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to solve technical challenges, implement improvements, and conduct root cause analysis.
Engage with customers to identify market trends, prioritize quality enhancements, and deliver innovative solutions.
Actively participate in EH&S (Environment, Health & Safety) programs, ensuring compliance with industry-leading safety standards.
Who We’re Looking For
B.S. or M.S. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science.
Strong foundation in polymer/organic chemistry and chemical engineering principles.
Experience in semiconductor, chemical, or polymerization industries preferred.
Knowledge of organic analysis techniques (GC, LC, GPC, NMR, IR) and mass transport phenomena is a plus.
Proven ability to lead technical discussions and work independently across multiple projects.
Strong people and technical leadership skills with a drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English.
