About the team

The Mid Market Sales team is responsible for the acquisition, growth, retention, and expansion of mid-market customers, as well as unmanaged enterprise and digital natives users. As an Account Executive, Existing Business on the Mid Market sales team, you’ll identify opportunities for existing customers to get the most out of Stripe, execute scaled sales strategies to grow revenue, and drive end-to-end campaigns to increase adoption of Stripe’s product offering.

What you’ll do

As a Scaled Account Executive–Existing Business, you will play an instrumental role in fueling Stripe’s growth through growing and expanding revenue from Stripe’s existing mid-market customers through scaled and programmatic activities. In this role, you will also help build out a new team and GTM motion at Stripe.

Responsibilities Run scaled campaigns to drive product adoption, increase product upsell revenue and ensure client retention Manage the full sales cycle, from business case development to close Manage contract renewals and lead commercial negotiations to increase and retain existing customer revenue and Stripe share of wallet Partner closely with Marketing to drive pipeline development  Who you are Minimum requirements 2+ years in a client-facing role, preferably with commercial KPIs Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex pricing and cost considerations Strong operational acumen and ability to manage high volumes and high velocity work Impeccable prioritization skills and ability to effectively manage and execute against competing priorities Superior verbal and written communication skills Motivation and demonstrated ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment where things change quickly You will be required to work from the Stripe office three (3) days per week

 

Preferred requirements Ability to understand the Stripe API and build great relationships with technical customers Experience with Excel
