Scaling & Implementation Lead

The Scaling & Implementation Lead will be responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of key cross-functional initiatives, ensuring that solutions and new ways of working are successfully implemented across the PH Global system. This includes strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and field execution. The role will serve as the central connector between internal teams, external vendors, and market leaders, ensuring flawless execution, timely follow-up, and sustained adoption of initiatives that drive operational excellence and brand growth.

Job Size: PH Global (excluding China) which operates in over 110 countries and more than 13,000 restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and management of comprehensive implementation plans for new products, solutions, or processes. Ensure that timelines are met and objectives are achieved. Oversee coordination with cross-functional teams such as Innovation, Transformation, FIT, Brand, QA, and D&T to ensure successful implementation. Facilitate collaboration and communication among all stakeholders. Guarantee that implementations are scalable, fully supported with necessary materials, and can be effectively rolled out on a global scale. Drive the strategy for global deployment. Identify potential risks, roadblocks to implementation and develop contingency plans to address them. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the implementation and report progress to the Operations Excellence Manager. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend strategic changes that can enhance efficiency and scalability. Lead initiatives to optimize processes. Collaborate with senior management to ensure that implementations align with PHG goals and strategies. Provide strategic insights and recommendations. Lead cross-functional implementation plans for new products, technologies, and processes from design through global deployment. Ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Act as the primary liaison with external vendors and solution partners, ensuring accountability to timelines, performance metrics, and execution standards. Partner with market Operations Leaders to ensure local implementation readiness and field adoption, including training, resourcing, and support. Drive field engagement and readiness. Develop and execute follow-up routines, monitoring performance post-launch and addressing execution gaps directly with key stakeholders. Ensure continuous improvement and adaptation. Own project dashboards and communication rhythms for senior leadership, ensuring timely updates and proactive risk escalation. Maintain transparency and accountability. Coach and support peers and junior team members, creating a culture of collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. Lead test-to-scale processes ensuring solutions are grounded in operational realities and field input. Drive innovation and scalability.

 

Required Qualifications:                                                          

You will be required to attend the Plano, TX office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with the ability to come into the office up to 5 days a week when business and leadership needs are required. 5+ years ARL Operations experience and/or franchise operations, global rollout, or project leadership roles. Strong influencing and communication skills of internal and external stakeholders. 5+ years exposure to professional presentation development (PPT) and strategic business analysis (XLS).

Preferred Qualifications:

BS degree, Master’s degree a plus.

 

Salary Range: $100,000-$113,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
