This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals ready to make an impact in warehouse operations. Join us on 1st shift from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with a competitive pay rate of $16.80 per hour. Overtime may be required, and there’s flexibility to work on Saturdays if needed. Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply! **Job Specifications:** - **Job Type:** Full-Time - **Location:** Indianapolis, IN - **Pay Rate:** $16.80 per hour - **Shift:** 1st Shift (6:30 AM - 2:30 PM, overtime required) **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Efficiently and accurately capture product codes (bar codes) or other information using scanning equipment for input into computerized systems. - Visually identify and verify key product information for pharmaceutical products, then count, measure, or weigh the item and enter information into computerized systems. - Sort scanned product items into appropriate container locations. - Inspect the condition of products and prepare for disposition in accordance with client contract terms. - Maintain a clean and orderly workstation and area. - Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards. **Qualifications & Skills:** - High School diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of two years’ work experience in a warehouse or production job, or a combination of experience and training. - Legally authorized to work in the U.S. - Proficient working knowledge of computers. - Ability to follow standard operating and safety procedures. - Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment. - Capable of working under time pressure and meeting production goals, including working more than 8 hours per day when needed. - Ability to assist with other operations within the warehouse as needed. - Competence in handling hazardous waste materials with appropriate safety measures. **Opportunities:** At Kelly®, we believe in fostering growth and career advancement.
