**Your day at NTT DATA**
The Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L3) is a seasoned engineering role, responsible for providing a service to clients by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems.
Through pre-emptive service incident and resolution activities, as well as product reviews, operational improvements, operational practices, and quality assurance this role will maintain a high level of service to clients.
The primary objective of this role is to ensure zero missed service level agreement (SLA) conditions. The Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L3) is responsible for managing tickets of high complexity, conducts advanced and complicated tasks, and provides resolution to a diverse range of complex problems.
This position uses considerable judgment and independent analysis within defined policies and practices and applies analytical thinking and deep technical expertise in achieving client outcomes, while coaching and mentoring junior team members across functions.
The Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L3) focusses across two or more technology domains such as (but not limited to) Cloud, Security, Networking, Applications and / or Collaboration and may also contribute to / support on project work as and when required.
**What you'll be doing**
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, conditional access, and Windows autopilot.
• Extensive experience in Design & implementation of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)/SCCM environment including Co management, CMG extensive experience in designing and execute the technical implementation of windows 10/11 Autopilot\Modern management solution using Intune, Azure AD, Office 365 based on client requirements.
• Good understanding of SCCM server configuration and administration.
• Perform day to day monitoring of the SCCM infrastructure.
• Should have knowledge of windows operating system and their components.
• Good understanding of the reporting generates query-based collections and SCCM reports using SQL and WQL.
• Should have in depth knowledge of software and hardware inventory, SCCM client push.
• Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution, including issues with site-to-site communication, package distribution.
• Should be able to manage local and remote site boundaries, site systems, site roles inter-site dependencies.
• Oversee the patch management process for operating system and applications, maintain schedules and compliance reporting.
• Intune Autopilot deployment and other device management (MDM) & MAM activities using Microsoft Intune.
• Co management, configuring the policies & profiles from on prem to cloud from SCCM console to Intune.
• Should be able to manage windows updates through Intune.
• Experience in setting up Intune based software distribution, patch management, driver management processes.
• Configure Device compliance, conditional access and endpoint protection policies, BitLocker, Windows Hello for Business etc.
• Lead advanced Intune administration and enterprise-wide device management.
• Proactively resolving issues and generating executive level reports.
• Act as a senior escalation point for critical issues and collaborate with cross functional teams, vendors and Microsoft to align strategies with organizational goals.
